Pricing & Cancellation

when do retreat passes go on sale?

Passes go on sale February 12, 2020. Passes will no longer be available for purchase after July 1, 2020.

Do you have payment plans available?

Yes! You have the option to put down a $500 deposit for the Full Retreat Pass and the Retreat Weekend Pass. Any remainder is due by July 1, 2019. If we do not receive the full payment by then, your booking will be cancelled and you will owe 50% of the Retreat pass value.

Will drop-ins or day passes be offered?

Day passes will be available through MindBody on July 1.

What’s the cancellation policy for retreat passes?

Your Booking Date is the date and time of your first payment.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your Booking Date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel by July 1, the deposit is non-refundable but anything paid above 50% will be refunded.
If you cancel after July 1, no refunds will be given.

What’s the cancellation policy for Day Passes?

Day Passes only available two weeks before the Retreat start date, and are therefore non-refundable.

Can I transfer my retreat pass?

If your plans change and you are unable to go to the Retreat, you have the option to transfer your fully-paid pass to another person. You will not be able to transfer until it is paid in full. When you’re ready to transfer, please send us an email at info@vrv3studios.com with the following information:

Your full name
Name of pass recipient
Recipient’s email address

Once we have confirmation from the recipient, we will confirm the transfer with all parties by email.

Travel & Accommodations

ARE ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED?

We are pleased to offer accommodations at our Retreat House for an additional $500 for 5 nights (an amazing price)! You are guaranteed your own bed, but may have to share a room. Beds are limited, so be sure to book early.

Is travel included?

No, please make your own travel arrangements to and from San Francisco. There will be one daily pick up and drop off between the Retreat House and the studio at the start and end of each day, respectively.

Which airport should i fly into?

SFO and OAK are equidistant from the SF city center. The Retreat House is 15 minutes from SFO.

How do I get into San Francisco from the airport?

You have lots of options! Car rental, taxis, rideshares, and our local BART train.

If I’m not staying in the retreat house, What part of SF should I stay in?

VRV3 Studios is located in the Lower Haight neighborhood, which is a residential neighborhood with no hotels. The closest neighborhoods we recommend seeking accommodations in are:

Castro
Mission-Dolores
Noe Valley

Haight Ashbury
Hayes Valley
Panhandle
Fillmore

How to Keep in Touch

I’m in! Is there a place to connect to other retreat attendees?

Yes! We have a closed Facebook group that you can request an invite to. Only confirmed Retreat attendees will be added to the group. The group will be a great place to connect with other attendees beforehand and ask general Retreat questions. Retreat news and updates will be posted there as well.
